With my height 156cms, my ideal weight is within 47.6 and 59.9 kgs.. However, i have excessively exceed my healthy weight of 53.5kgs by 16.8 kilos!~ .. -_-" This is why i root for caloric counting.. which apparently annoys my hubby (sorry dear, i really have to..)~ T_T
So, if this also annoys you, yes you reader, just back off from my blog!~ shuhhh shuhhh
